Greetings from the SoupMan!
Every once in a rare while an opportunity arises to become part of something so incredibly special, so absolutely meaningful, and so earth shaking as not to be missed.
You are cordially invited to become a member of the SoupMobile's Ladies Tea. Be a part of a wonderful group of ladies who support the SoupMobile's mission of 'Feeding & Sheltering' the homeless AND are 'passionate for serving Christ.' These are OPEN/FREE meetings and you are welcome to bring family and/or friends to the tea at no charge whatsoever. (Men are also welcome). Special thanks to the Ritz-Carlton for putting on the Tea's 100% pro-bono with no cost to the SoupMobile and no cost to our attendees & guests. Even the Valet Parking is free!
The Ladies Tea meets periodically at the fabulous Downtown Dallas Ritz-Carlton Hotel located at 2121 McKinney Ave, Dallas, Texas 75201 for tea and crumpets. In addition to socializing with other women who are passionate for serving Christ, you will be encouraged to help with creative, imaginative, and out of the box ways to promote the SoupMobile's mission of serving the ones Jesus called the 'least of these.'
Upcoming SoupMobile Ladies Tea dates:
The next Ladies Tea is Friday December 8, 2017, at 12:30pm.
Key Note Speaker:
Harvor is like a fictional character out of a novel. His story is proof positive of Christ's redemptive power. By his own admission Harvor will tell you that he has taken some wrong turns in life & gone down some paths that he regrets. When he showed up on the doorstep of the SoupMobile a decade ago he was looking for a new start. He started as an entry level worker in the SoupMobile Warehouse. He was dedicated, worked hard & brought in a real passion to our mission to feed the homeless in Dallas. Within a year he was promoted to Assistant Warehouse Mgr. Within another year he was promoted as head Warehouse Mgr. Now he also serves as the Manager of SoupMobile Church. Harvor will tell you that while the SoupMobile did provide him a fresh start, it was really Christ who made it all possible.
Come and hear from a man who has dedicated his life to serving the homeless in Dallas, Texas. Your heart will be deeply touched!
